How can I receive an Ox Card?
To obtain an Ox Card, simply register for a trading account with Ox Securities. Once your account is verified and you have deposited funds, you can request a card through the client portal. Please ensure your mailing address is accurate as we will be sending out a physical card to your address.
Is the Ox Card Accepted Globally?
Yes the Ox Card is accepted worldwide wherever visa is accepted. You can use it to make secure transactions and withdraw cash at ATMs, ensuring convenience and flexibility in managing your trading funds wherever you are
How do I reset my Pin code for my card?
Simply contact our customer service team who can walk you through the process of resetting your pin.
Are there any limits with the Ox Card?
ATM Withdrawal Limits: 3,000 USD Per Transaction. Maximum 10 withdrawals per day
POS / Online Spending Limits < $240,000 transaction limit
How long does it take to receive my card?
Once the card application is received, you can expect to receive your physical card within 25 business days.
My card was lost or stolen - what should I do?
Simply contact our customer service team. We can put an immediate hold on the card while we issue you a brand new one (fees may apply)
