You have two logins for your account.
One for the client portal where you manage your personal details, deposits and withdrawals and administrative details. You can access your client portal here: http://trading.oxsecurities.com
Your second login is your MT4 account credentials. This is where you place trades and interact with the market. These login details are available through your client portal where you can also download the MT4 platform.
Our spreads are some of the tightest in the industry. Our spreads start from as low as 0.0. You can read more information about spreads here: https://www.oxsecurities.com/spreads
There is no minimum! You can start with as little as $10 and start trading in the markets right away.
We offer a wide range of payment methods including visa/mastercard, neteller, skrill, bank transfers and crypto payments. To view the full list of depositing methods and fund your account, login to your client area and click ‘Deposit Funds’
You can withdraw funds from your client area here: http://trading.oxsecurities.com. Please note that you will need to withdraw the same amount as you have deposited to the same payment method. I.e if you have deposited $1,000 by PayPal, you will need to withdraw $1,000 back to PayPal. Any additional funds can be withdrawn wherever you like.
We process all withdrawals within 24 business hours of them being processed. If you are withdrawing via bank transfer it depends on how long the banks take to send and receive the funds. If you are withdrawing via an E-wallet or crypto, you will have the funds as soon as they are processed.
Simple! Just download the MT4 platform from your client portal. From there, login using your MT4 login and password.
To reset your password to the client portal, visit http://trading.oxsecurities.com and click ‘forgot password’
To reset your MT4 password, log in to the client portal and click ‘reset password’. Choose your MT4 account and enter your new password.
